Located in Belém, very close to the Tagus, Bom Sucesso is a set of four buildings of differentiated housing. Flanked to the south by Rua do Praia do Bom Sucesso, this set of buildings takes its name not only from the street, but from the Convent of Nossa Senhora do Bom Sucesso (founded in 1645), which nicknamed Praia and Rua homonyms, having been a seaside destination popular at the end of the century. Two types of housing are proposed: collective and single-family. Each of them with a varied offer of space and environments, with two buildings dedicated to single-family housing and two other buildings dedicated to collective housing. ARTS BUILDING - BLOCK A / B / C
The Edifício das Artes, with a regular façade metric, impresses the comfort of urban housing in the interior of Lisbon with its interior spaces. The clean language of these spaces flows with the breadth of the social areas, which include a room with double height in the duplex, and with the presence of private patios and terraces that soften, illuminate, the interiors. In these three naves are distributed the single-family apartments in loft that, preserving the geometry of the facades and roof, take advantage of the original industrial language with a view towards the river.

GRIND BUILDING - BLOCK D
This extension of the patio introduces in the ground floor apartments private gardens that extend to the coasts of the Convent of Nossa Senhora do Bom Sucesso.
