In an area of 7483.00 m2 of gardens, we find a mid-nineteenth century mansion, in a romantic style, hidden inside a walled farm, with large trees that give it a unique privacy.

Classified as a heritage value of cultural interest, this palace is part of the municipal protected heritage, not only for its architectural but also for its historical value.
Considered of public interest, this palace was donated to CMO, by Vogue Homes.

Quinta do Cedro consists of five fractions of typology T1 and typology T2, six fractions of typology T3, two of them penthouses, and four fractions of typology T4 and two T4 Duplex.
The upper floors are exclusively dedicated to housing types and access to private outdoor patios with a swimming pool on the roof.
On the other hand, the ground floor has areas dedicated to the main entrance halls of the building and an area dedicated to private gardens with a swimming pool.
As far as the roof is concerned, two private terraces are provided for exclusive access by the top floor apartments with two swimming pools.

With a project designed by the studio of architect Luís Rebelo de Andrade, an architecture of overcoming is proposed, as we believe that it is from the encounter between opposites that the perenniality that characterizes the best works arises.
With an eye on the future, Luís and his studio are deeply concerned about the visual and ecological footprint of the projects they carry out, using new materials and technologies in the most sustainable way possible.

At Quinta do Cedro we were inspired by the play of natural light cut by the originality of the facades, in the finishes and in the quality of the detail, and we launched the clues about a universe of possible ideas in exclusive environments, where the originality and audacity of good taste fill the space.

Our starting point is to allow ourselves to dream of perfect habitability.
It is this ability to project our dreams into an increasingly near future, which transforms an idea into a project, and a project in the house that lasts over time.
