The “Villa Sanches” project reformulates a deep and irregular plot, building two residential buildings, facing Rua Campo de Ourique and Praça Afonso do Paço, in the center of Lisbon.

A large central space is freed up where a garden is projected, contributing to the environmental and landscape requalification of the surroundings, with views of Monsanto Park and the urban landscape of Lisbon, in an integrated and sustainable architectural solution.
With T2 to T4 typologies, Villa Sanches bets on a contemporary design, on differentiation in terms of materials, where concrete, copper and wood are combined, in an environment of comfort and modernity.

Each apartment is designed differently in its typology, as an extension of identity, individuality and privacy. This principle is expressed in a dynamic and organic façade, unified by the curved outlines of the verandas.

Occupancy per floor and generous areas extending to the outside, it is possible to live the fullness of the center of Lisbon in privacy, a panoramic view in a differentiated building with the signature “Fine Living” by Vogue Homes and Atelier Menos é Mais Arquitetos.
